One sign at the door. Everything after it, kept.

An open house runs the way it always has. HapSTR keeps what happens around it: who came, what they asked and who to call back.

  1. Before, print one QR sign.

Create the open house and print its sign. One code at the door covers every visitor.

  2. During, visitors check in.

A scan checks a visitor in and opens their private folder for notes and photos. You see the visit; their notes stay theirs unless they share them.

  3. After, follow up with context.

Visitors who send their details reach you with the open house they came to. Your seller update starts from the real counts.

Know who came. See only what they chose to share.

Every scan records a visit. Visitors stay anonymous unless they send you their details, and their notes stay in their own folder until they share them.

Questions realtors ask first.

What visitors do, what you see and what stays private.

Do visitors need an app?

No. Visitors scan the sign at the door and use HapSTR in their phone’s browser.

What do I see about each visitor?

Each scan records a visit and how long it lasted. A visitor’s name and contact details reach you only when they choose to send them.

Can I read visitors’ notes?

Only if a visitor turns on sharing, and then only what they capture from that moment, for as long as they keep it on. Everything else stays in their private folder.

How do I reply to a visitor?

By email or phone, from their row on the open house page.

Can I move contacts to my CRM?

Yes. Export the contacts from any open house as a CSV file that any CRM can read. Nothing an open house produces is ever locked.

Your next open house starts at the door. Keep everything after it.
